Harvest Moon Drive-In / Taylor Swift Eras Tour Concert Party Weekend- LONG POST, PLEASE READ!
Gates will open at different times based on which night you are attending:
Friday 10/13 we plan to open at 5pm for tailgating/food and preshow fun.
Saturday 10/14 we plan to open at 4:30pm for tailgating/food and preshow fun.
Sunday 10/15 we plan to open at 6pm for the event and preshow fun. DO NOT LINE UP EARLIER THAN 1 HOUR PRIOR TO LISTED OPENING TIMES! Our entrance lane can only fit 30-60 cars and we cannot have traffic on the highway before we open the gates!
The show will be on both Screen 1 and Screen 2 for this opening weekend. You may choose to park on EITHER side of the theater unless you have an assigned ‘front row reserved spot’. Just let us know which screen you wish to watch when you arrive so we can direct you to the best parking.
We have 100 of the giveaway mini posters, they will be distributed as we've been directed per our contract, to the first 100 paid admissions entering the theater on 10.13. Plan to arrive very early if you wish to get one as they will go FAST and we are unable to get additional prints.
Collectible Pop and Popcorn items are available to purchase while supplies last. We are selling them both individually(higher prices) or as a combo for $19.89. They are first come, first served at the Snack Bar. A limit of 10 per person is in effect. You can choose to get the cups with your choice of fountain soda and the popcorn tubs with or without popcorn, the price is the same regardless. We have a limited supply and do expect them to sell out before we end our 4 weekend run of shows. We will be donating a percentage of ALL collectible Soda Cups & Popcorn Tub sales to local food pantries to aid in their fall donation campaigns.
Non-perishable Food Donations will be collected either by the Snack Bar(in the event of rain) or at the trailer under Screen 1(if the rain holds off and we can have the loudspeakers on for the preshow dance party). There will be totes to place your donations in, and a clipboard that you can write your name and phone number on after you drop your donation. At the conclusion of the event this weekend, we will randomly choose 3 winners to get a full size Taylor Swift Eras Tour Poster, pop & popcorn tub, and drive-in merch. We will contact you via phone on Monday evening(10.16) if you are selected.
Food Stands will be open from the listed time we open the gates until halfway through the show(1.5 hours). If lines are still present at that time, we will continue to serve until the show has ended or there is no one left in line.
The entry and tailgating/extra activities will begin once the gates open each night. We will have a fun Taylor inspired mix on the radio(and loudspeakers if the weather cooperates) before the shows start so you can get hyped up and dance while making new friends. Bracelet trading can take place anywhere around the theater, but we recommend the area in front of the Snack Bar where we will have most of the outdoor photo spots.
We have 3 outdoor Taylor Swift inspired Photo areas including our light tunnel, and 2 areas inside the Snack Bar for photos. Due to the size crowd and our desire to get you served as quickly as possible, we will not have any food/drink specials for this opening weekend event with the exception of the collectible merchandise. Some of our regular fall items will be available including hot chocolate, hot apple cider, apple cider slushies, Ice Cream Factory pints(apple pie, salted caramel, etc.) and our full regular menus.
We will have our Tiki Hut open Friday & Saturday night with a large variety of light up and glow in the dark items/accessories to add to enhance your concert experience. They will all be priced at $1.00 each while supplies last(necklaces, rings, bracelets, headbands, glasses, batons, wands & more!)
The dance area will be under screen 1 in the big grassy area under the screen. We will also have the area in front of the Snack Bar open for bracelet trading and dancing/meeting new friends.
Plan to arrive EARLY for the smallest lines and best parking. We plan to host the Best Dressed Contest at 6:30 sharp in front of the Snack Bar for those that want to participate each night. If the weather isn’t cooperating, we ask that you take pictures of your outfits and email them to us and we will host the contest at the conclusion of the event and mail prizes to the winners.
Due to being short-staffed for the expected crowds and the possibility of poor weather, we will be unable to have to onscreen selfie station operating for this weekend’s event. We apologize for anyone that was looking forward to doing it and may have it for our final weekend shows if we have the staff to operate it.
Rain or Shine we'll have this very special on screen concert event and activities running all 3 nights this weekend and we look forward to seeing you here for the shows. Remember, the TAYLOR SWIFT ERAS TOUR CONCERT FILM will be screened here for 4 weekends in total, and there is ample opportunity to see the show before we close for the season. We will also be hosting MANY of the fun extras in combination with our Halloween activities for weekends 2-4 as well.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A TICKET?
Tickets for this show are available online until 1 hour before we open the gates(or they sellout the online allotment) and ALSO at the gate the night of the show. We always have ¼ of our parking spaces allotted for in person purchases.
WILL TICKETS BE SOLD AT THE GATE?
YES, we will have tickets available for purchase at the gate. Remember that this show has special prices vs our normal rates.
I HAVE PURCHASED A TICKET AND I LOST IT, OR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?
You can message us and we can confirm your booking. As long as you are on our list, you will have no trouble getting in for the night you purchased your ticket for.
HOW DO I CHECK IN WHEN I ARRIVE?
You will wait in the entrance lane until we open the gates, we will have attendants scanning tickets, taking money for Food Permits and sending you to your parking space. Please have the ticket out and ready to be scanned and have the name and email you used to purchase it as a backup.
HOW DO I ADD MORE PEOPLE TO MY BOOKING?
You can easily purchase additional tickets for all age categories at the gate. We accept cash, credit/debit, and apple/google pay options for admissions and food purchases.
WHAT IF I CAN’T USE MY TICKET?
All sales are final, no refunds will be available.
CAN I USE MY TICKET FROM A DIFFERENT SHOW FOR ONSCREEN MUSIC EVENTS?
No. Tickets are only valid for the event for which they were purchased. There is no way to transfer tickets from one show to another.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?
Ticket prices are set by Taylor Swift for this show. Ages 12 and older are $19.89 each, 4-11 are $13.13 each and kids 3 and younger are free. You may choose to ‘round up’ your change for these in person sales and we will be donating the extra money to a number of local food banks for their holiday campaigns.
If you plan to bring in food or beverages, at $5 food permit fee per car is required. If items are shared by a group of cars, every car must have a valid permit.
WHAT IF WE ARE RUNNING LATE?
We encourage fans to arrive before the start of the show; however, if you arrive late, our parking attendants will do our best to direct you to a parking space as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind parking is filled on a first-come, first-served basis and any late arrivals will mean being in a less than ideal parking spot as these shows are expected to be extremely busy(even in less than ideal weather).
ARE PARKING SPACES ASSIGNED?
No. All tickets are General Admission and will not be assigned prior to arrival. Upon arrival, you will enter the theater and choose a parking space. Only RESERVED FRONT ROW is assigned parking. No spaces can be reserved for groups.
WHAT KIND OF VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED?
Personal vehicles that fit into a standard parking space are allowed. Oversized vehicles are not permitted i.e. large /customized vans, RVs, Bus/Minibus, limos, trailers, etc. Please note if your personal vehicle is lifted, or modified to above factory height and may block the view of others, you may be required to park in designated spots. This decision is at the sole discretion of the organizer and must be complied with. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
CAN I LEAVE THE HATCHBACK OF MY SUV OPEN?
Hatchbacks may be open but must be kept no higher than the top of the vehicle to prevent blocking the view of those behind you.
DO I HAVE TO STAY IN MY CAR DURING THE SHOW?
No! You will be allowed to watch the show from outside the vehicle. Feel free to get up and sing and dance as loud as you want to! Blankets and lawn chairs are welcomed. Please use common courtesy as we want everyone to enjoy the show.
CAN I BRING A LAWN CHAIR TO SIT IN?
Yes! Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome. You will be required to stay inside your assigned parking area though.
IS TAILGATING ALLOWED?
Yes, to a degree. Bring out games to use in the play areas, you can bring grills to cook out(as long as they are small, self-contained units, you purchase a food permit, and they are out before the shows start), and feel free to hang out and enjoy the preshow party atmosphere.
HOW DO I LISTEN TO THE SHOW?
This will be an onscreen concert with an FM broadcast. Depending on which screen you are facing, you will tune into 91.3 FM or 88.5 FM to hear the show. Feel free to crank up your radio as loud as you like to make it feel like a live event! We do have 8 premium boombox radios and 60 smaller radios you can rent also. They are available on a first come, first served basis at the Snack Bar.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS OR ACTIVITIES NOT PERMITTED?
Yes. Fireworks, laser pointers, drones, tents/tarps, weapons or flags and accessories that may block the vision of fans behind you WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
NO GLASS BOTTLES!
Selling, promoting, or advertising any third-party companies or products will not be permitted.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT OR FAILURE TO ADHERE TO GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL WITHOUT REFUND.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE?
Yes. Outside concessions or coolers can be brought in with the purchase of a $5 cooler/Food Permit at the gate. NO GLASS BOTTLES ARE ALLOWED!

WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE?
Yes, our regular restrooms will be available for all show dates.
WILL MERCHANDISE BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
Yes, we have a limited number of collectible Taylor Swift 32oz cups and (as long as they arrive) 130oz popcorn tubs. You may purchase them individually or as a combo for $19.89(1 cup and 1 popcorn tub). You may also ‘round up’ your total for charity and we will donate the change from the sale to a group of local food banks for their holiday support drives.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
This is a rain or shine event. If Taylor Swift can perform a 3+ hour show in the rain, you can sit through wet weather to see it on the big screen. We will only cancel our preshow loudspeaker area due to rain(it’s expensive and not waterproof). All other aspects of the event will go on as planned.
WHAT IF I NEED ASSISTANCE DURING EVENT?
If you have an emergency, please call 911 first, then notify the nearest event staff member.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
No. To ensure the most enjoyable experience for all fans, smoking will not be permitted except in the designated smoking area behind the dumpster by the exit lane.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Yes, pets are allowed as long as they are friendly, you clean up after them, and they are leashed at all times. If they do not do well with large crowds or other animals, we recommend they stay home during these busy shows.
