Depending on the time, date and location of redemption, the amount paid for these tickets may be higher than the posted box office admission price. The difference will not be refunded and may not be applied to surcharges and/or upgrades.

​MOVIE TICKETS (Online Presale)

Surcharges apply to all online ticket sales. These fees allow us to maintain the same percentages for film rental as tickets purchased in person at the box office. Harvest Moon reserves the right to change or add surcharges without notice.
Tickets are valid for the exact movie and date chosen, no exceptions or alternates.
Tickets must be redeemed at the theatre box office. You will need to have the tickets on your mobile device or the name the tickets are purchase under to check in.

Tickets must be redeemed at the box office 1 hour prior to showtime on Friday, Saturday and special occasion evenings. Tickets must be redeemed a half hour prior to showtime Sunday - Thursday night unless it is a holiday.
Tickets are not valid for special events or private screenings unless sold for that purpose.
Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen, are non-refundable, and expire at the conclusion of the night  chosen if not redeemed.
Tickets carry no cash value. No substitutions or exchanges are permitted.
Harvest Moon reserves the right to discontinue this program and agreement at any time.
Purchaser/ticket holder agrees to all terms and conditions.
All online tickets must choose EITHER 1 (Car + Driver) ticket to reserve a guaranteed spot OR 1 (Front Row Car + Driver) to reserve one of the 10 front row parking spaces per screen. 

All other occupants of the vehicle must purchase regular Adult or Child tickets either in advance or at the gate when you arrive.

If you plan to bring in food or drink to enjoy at the theater, you must purchase the $5 food permit. 1 permit is required per vehicle and $1 from each sale goes directly to benefit St. Jude Children's Hospitals.

If you have Passes, Special Promotion Tickets or Golden Ticket Season Passes and wish to reserve a parking space in advance, you must purchase one (Car + Driver) ticket to guarantee a parking space at the theater on that night. Otherwise, plan to arrive very early to claim the restricted number of in person parking spaces available due to the Covid-19 restrictions.
