We had so much fun at last year's first official Trunk or Treat event that we decided to go bigger with 2 nights this year and some very special anniversary movie celebrations on the big screen!
We will be registering folks in advance to set up 50+ decorated trunks and hand out candy to the kids before the shows start. To participate, you just have to register and agree to arrive and set up, bring candy to hand out for 4-600 kids for the night you sign up(you can do both nights if you want) and show up to participate on the night you signed up for. Registration includes free admission for everyone in your car for the movie combo of your choice that night and a drive-in gift pack.
Admission for the Trunk or Treaters and family is our regular rates(these movies are higher cost this year). All kids will get a free admission ticket to use for a future 2025 or 2026 event and we have bags for candy if you forget to bring some.
Friday the gates will open at 4:30 pm for Trunk Set-up and will open at 6pm for regular admission. Trunk or Treat will take place before the show and during the intermission. Costume Contest will be held at Intermission and announcement for Trunk Decoration Winners(top 5 get big drive-in prizes!).

October 3rd & 4th
We had an epic time in 2023 when Taylor Swift hosted the Eras tour at theaters everywhere. Well, Taylor dropped another unexpected special for the Weekend of October 3rd & 4th and we're going to be making it work with our already scheduled Trunk or Treat events. We have to do some moving and changes to our systems to get it done, but we think the fans will enjoy it AND we still get our Trunk or Treat fun in!
Advance tickets will be live on our website later this evening for all the show dates here and we'll make sure it's a fun time. Spots are limited, and depending on how the advance tickets go, we may not have in person sales at the gate!
So mark the calendar and get ready Swifties, let's celebrate The Official Release Party of a Showgirl at Harvest Moon Twin Drive-in Theatre on October 3 & 4! Plus, the drive-in is the best place to sing and dance along with Taylor as we turn up the volume on this special event!
See the exclusive world premiere of the music video, “The Fate of Ophelia”, along with behind-the-scenes footage from the music video shoot, brand new lyric videos, and Taylor’s never-before-seen personal reflections on songs from her 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl.

October 17th & 18th
Our final weekend of the regular 2025 season will be an unforgettable experience with our Howl at the Moon Halloween Horror Nights. Since we had so much family friendly fun in September, we’re throwing it back to the horror fans with creepy classics, slashtasctic flicks and some extra fun with at least 8 different movies showing over the final 2 nights October 17th& 18th.
The movie line-up will be announced soon, but it’s going to be killer, and you’ll want to make plans to attend BOTH nights, so you don’t miss a moment of the massacre.
In addition to the movies, we’ll have discounts on many of our food/drink items, exclusive merch to some of the movies, interactive elements to enhance the fright factor and your last round of our themed specials and mocktails. Plus, there will be adult Trunk or Treat (bring candy or party fun items for folks to go around and grab as they trick or treat before the shows), a costume contest and some glow fun.
Snack Bar & Burger Barn will both be open for the final weekend event.

Gates will open around 6:00 pm each night allowing folks to come and enjoy the fun extras of our event!
Before the movies start:
At intermission:!
What is Frightfest at the Harvest Moon?
The Drive-in gets a spooky makeover with fun Halloween decorations all around the place.
We encourage folks to decorate cars for everyone to walk around and enjoy and those wanting to participate in the Trunk or Treat before the movies start.
We'll be hosting our Costume contest during our intermission with drive-in prizes.
As usual, we'll have fun Halloween music before the movies, themed food specials, special intermission content and more.
We look forward to seeing you all here as we wrap up our 2025 season with our Halloween Celebrations at the Harvest Moon!

During our Frightfest Events at the Harvest Moon, we have a short haunted graveyard to enjoy with creepy decor.

Decorate your vehicle and hand out candy for the Trunk or Treat before the movies start and at intermission. There is no Food Permit charge for candy to hand out, only food/drinks you are consuming at the theater. This is for both Kids and Adults during our Frightfest events!

Each night at intermission we host our Costume Contest with prizes for Adults, Kids & groups! Trophies for the top 3 costumes in each category and 1 best of show winner each night.

The drive-in gets a complete spooky makeover for Frightfest, and we have several fun photo areas for folks to interact with, take group photos and selfies!
